Fascinated by the culture of sampling, had this itch to bring together some local essence - reimagined - this track is a mix of sounds that i recorded off the local FM station, like the Rongmei folk song chorus (still looking for more details on the folk song)backed with tribal beats and sampled melodies of a very popular song sang by Lata Mangeshkar and Aheibam Shyam titled 'Pamuba Nungshiba' from the movie 'Meichak'. Did it for the love of sampling & creating.
